The owner and instructor at the new Sunshine Real Estate School brings a wealth of experience that goes far beyond home sales. BY JULIE LEVIN Special to The Miami Herald

In Jeff Ershler, students at the Sunshine Real Estate School get an instructor who brings a little bit of everything to the table.

With a career that has spanned education, law and real estate, Ershler, of Hollywood, has a world of experience.

''I don't think any of the other schools can say they have someone who has been a law professor for 10 years as their primary instructor,'' he said.

Ershler, along with wife Mary, opened the Sunshine Real Estate School in Davie in March.

They offer a full array of real estate courses for sales associates and brokers in prelicensing, post-licensing and continuing education.
